cous cous stir fry:

serving size: 2 folks

aka: you and your date

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup of cous cous (plain flavor, or whatever you got)

1 cup of water

Olive oil

Mixed chopped peppers

Some baby spinach

Half an onion

Chicken-less chicken strips (you can find that shit at trader hoes) or just chop some tofu

Soy sauce

2 eggs (if you feel like it)

TOOLS:

Medium sauce pan, with a cover

Medium size skillet (teflon if more steeze but less healthy from what i hear)

Either a hand flip skill or a lil spatula

Heres what chu gotta do:

- Put water and a bit of olive oil into sauce pan and bring to a boil

- Once to a boil, add cous cous and stir it up

- Cover the the pan with a lid then put the heat on lowwwww

- Let that shit sit for like 10 minutes, be sure to keep an eye on it(stir it every now and then)

- While that is taking forver:

- put some olive oil on the skizzilet, set to like a medium heat

- put them peppers on that shit

- chop the fuck up out of that onion

- put that shit on the skillet

- stir it up like bob marley

- do that for a minute mang, let it sizzle and smell dank

- don't forget to scope out the cous cous

- If you want to put eggs in it, cook up some scrambled eggs on another skillet (if you need instructions to do that, then just don't even bother with it)

When the cous cous is done(it'll be all fluffy and steezy)

- Add that shit into the vegetable skillet

- Put a bit more olive oil in there

- Putta lil bit a soy sauce in der

- Turn up the heat like bobaflex

- Do that for like 5 minutes

- Smell the dank aroma

- Turn off heat and let it chill for like a minute or 2, or if you starving just go for it and don't be a pussy.

-Put some hot sauce on dat thang

-Take a bite, smile, then fist pump

it's funny how someone can show you something that they are super stoked on, and when they show you, you are hyped(but not on the same level as they are). Then, months and months later this thing you were shown pops up again, and you instantly are put into that state of "stoked-ness." basically what happened here for this video. Steve D'Agostino, Garrett Blair, and Jim "excuse my french" Fox skate to this man in "Datsnare II" and is, in my opinion, the best section of the video.
